Twit Cleaner Terms of Sale and Use

These terms apply to the Twit Cleaner Chrome extension, licensing service, Free tier, and Pro purchase. By using the service or purchasing Pro, you accept these terms.

Seller and independence

Twit Cleaner is sold directly by the independent Twit Cleaner developer operating in Brazil. Contact: hey@hugos.com.br. Google, the Chrome Web Store, X, Cloudflare, and Stripe are not the seller and are not responsible for Twit Cleaner.

The service

Twit Cleaner helps you review and remove content from an X account that you control, using your logged-in browser session and X's visible interface. You are responsible for selecting the correct profile, category, matching rules, and preservation rules. Deletion is irreversible.

Free and Pro tiers

The price and currency displayed by Stripe Checkout before payment are controlling. Taxes or currency-conversion charges may apply. A license is for the purchaser's use and may not be resold, shared, or used to operate a cleanup service for others.

License activation and availability

Each Pro key activates one browser installation. Save the key securely. Reinstallation, clearing extension data, or changing browsers may require an activation reset; contact support for reasonable reset requests. A one-time license is not a promise that X, Chrome, or the service will remain technically available forever. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain compatibility, but third-party interface and policy changes may interrupt or end functionality.

Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchase by emailing hey@hugos.com.br with the purchase email and Stripe receipt or transaction reference. Do not send card numbers. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method, and the related Pro license will be deactivated.

After 14 days, refunds may still be provided where required by applicable consumer law or when a verified technical defect prevents the paid functionality and support cannot resolve it. Processing time after approval depends on Stripe and the payment provider. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

Acceptable use

You may use Twit Cleaner only on accounts and content you are authorized to control and in compliance with applicable law and X's terms. You may not bypass quotas or licensing, probe or disrupt the service, redistribute license keys, or use the extension to access another person's account without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. X can change its interface without notice, and automated actions can fail, skip content, or produce unexpected results. Always preview, use small limits first, and keep any records you need before deletion. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for lost posts, account restrictions, indirect losses, or third-party service failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, termination, and law

The service may be updated to address security, legal, or third-party platform changes. Access may be suspended for abuse or license fraud. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
